Meet the Author

David Jiang is the author of Everything Condo, co-founder of forward group and a Metro Vancouver residential realtor at Promerita Realty Corp.

David has had professional experience in multiple areas of the real estate industry including real estate development, property management, mortgage origination and commercial real estate research and valuation.

He specialized in real estate for his Bachelors Degree at UBC and has a strong understanding of real estate as an asset class, investment vehicle.

He has a deep passion for real estate and financial education. He founded the Vancouver Housing Market Club while attending UBC. The organization educates students about the biggest investment in most Canadians’ lifetime with the most objective, credible and knowledgable guest speakers. He is currently on the board of the club as an advisor.
