David has had professional experience in multiple areas of the real estate industry including real estate development, property management, mortgage origination and commercial real estate research and valuation.
He specialized in real estate for his Bachelors Degree at UBC and has a strong understanding of real estate as an asset class and investment vehicle.
He has a deep passion for real estate and financial education. He founded the Vancouver Housing Market Club while attending UBC. The organization educates students about the biggest investment in most Canadians’ lifetime with the most objective, credible and knowledgable guest speakers.
